The Heineken Hoek returns in a completely contemporary way in the brand-new building. Here you can enjoy classic dishes, an extensive drink menu. From breakfast to the late hours: everyone is welcome.

FUNCTION

As an chef de parti at Hotel The Diamond, you play an essential role in ensuring the entire kitchen operation runs smoothly. In this role you will be responsible for preparing, cooking and presenting top quality dishes, applying both traditional and innovative cooking techniques. You will work closely with our experienced kitchen team to ensure smooth service and contribute to the continuous improvement of our menu.

You are responsible for independently preparing dishes according to the recipe and planning. You always keep quality and presentation in mind, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards. You are a guardian of the quality and freshness of ingredients and ensure the hygiene and safety regulations in the kitchen.

In addition to your culinary duties, you are also a team player who works with colleagues to create a smooth and efficient working environment. You are open to feedback and are willing to support and guide others if necessary.
